Sales Tax:
There will a 8.75% tax added to taxable items if order is shipped to New York State. Taxable items in NY are generally anything other than food.
Returns:
All requests for returns must be filed within 30 days of receipt of your order. You must return the product in its original, unopened condition unless damaged or defective. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for returns unless the wrong product was shipped, the merchandise was defective or there was damage from shipping. Such damage must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of package so the claim can be filed with the appropriate shipper. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. Send an email including return information to [email protected]. Please include the order number and reason for the return.
